PestHero Pest Control ("we", "us") provides residential pest control services, including inspection, treatment, and prevention for common household pests such as ants, cockroaches, rodents, termites, spiders, and mosquitoes. All services are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are provided after inspection and are approved by the customer before any treatment begins. Prices may vary based on property size, the type and severity of infestation, and the treatment plan required. Any additional work discovered during service will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Treatments & Products

We use professional products applied in accordance with their labels and applicable regulations. Our technicians will advise on any re-entry intervals, ventilation, or precautions for children and pets following a treatment. The customer agrees to follow the preparation and after-care instructions provided, as they directly affect treatment success.

4. Guarantee

We aim for complete customer satisfaction on every treatment. If you are not satisfied with a covered treatment, notify us and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This commitment applies to the pests and areas specified in the service agreement and requires that recommended preparation and sanitation steps were followed. It does not cover new infestations introduced after service, pest pressure from adjoining untreated properties, or structural conditions that allow re-entry and were declined for correction.

5. Results & Expectations

Pest activity may temporarily increase in the days immediately following certain treatments as pests are flushed from harborage; this is normal. Some infestations, such as termites, bed bugs, or heavy rodent activity, may require multiple visits or ongoing service to fully resolve, which will be explained in the treatment plan.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide access to areas requiring treatment, complete any preparation steps provided in advance, secure pets during service, and disclose known issues such as prior infestations or previous treatments. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including damage previously caused by pests such as termites or rodents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including pre-existing pest damage, loss of use, or lost income.

9. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
